Ronald "Andy" Wicks

He was born Aug. 11, 1980 in Springfield to Ronald and Ruth Ann (Klespitz) Wicks.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Ruth Ann (Gene Harter) Wicks of Bulpitt, IL, father and step-mother, Ron (Sylvia) Wicks of Cape Coral, FL, formerly of Peoria, Andy’s fiancé, Patti Morrison of Washington, two daughters: Melanie and Annalise of Granite City, IL, one son: Ian of St. Louis, MO, two step-children: Derek and Angela, three sisters: Katie (J.T.) Wyzard of Taylorville, IL, Natalie Wicks of Tampa, FL, Becca (A.J.) Coontz of Pawnee, IL, two brothers: Brian (Jennifer) Wicks of Rock Island, Jacob Wicks of Cape Coral, FL, two step-sisters: Laura Harter of Edinburg, IL, Alexa Medrano of Naperville, IL, Maternal grandmother, Lula Mae Klespitz of Springfield, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather.

Andy was a Showroom Manager at Hagerty Brothers Industrial Supply in Peoria.

Funeral services will be Friday, Dec. 1, 2017 at 12 Noon at the Davison-Fulton Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home in Peoria. Visitation will be two hours prior to the services on Friday at the funeral home.

Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.

Memorials may be made to the Leukemia Foundation in Andy’s name.
