Sean Ray Duncan

Sean R. Duncan was born on May 26th, 1966, to David Duncan Jr. and Willie-Lynn Williams. Sean was a native of Peoria, IL, a United States Navy and Coast Guard Veteran, a skilled engineer, and a beloved family member, who passed away peacefully on January 12, 2026.

Sean will be remembered for his character, kindness, and dedication to those he loved. He was a steady presence, a dependable friend and a source of wisdom and support to his family.

Sean is preceded in death by his Grandmother Paralee Dunningan, Grandfather David Duncan Sr., Grandmother Lillie Duncan, Brother Terrance Duncan and Mother WillieLynn Williams.

Sean leaves to cherish his memory, his Life Partner Jacqueline Jackson, daughters Jonique Williams and Shakira Smith, grandchildren - Jayvion Williams, Jordan Williams, Jayden Williams, London Smith and Noelle Williams Myles; Brothers - David “Anthony” (Mamie) Duncan III, Harold (Marta) Duncan, David “DJ” Duncan, McFarlane (Heather) Duncan, Step Brother Leroy (Tara) Jackson, Brother- in -Law; Ernest (Pamela) Jackson; Sister- in- Law; Sylvia Duncan- nieces and nephews Ashley (Ryan) Morrow, Taylor

McLain, Riley Morrow, and Jalen Duncan; Father, David Duncan Jr.(Betty), and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 30th, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Funeral services will begin promptly at noon.
