Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Center on

June 19, 2012 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Helen

for 63 years. Loving father of Michael (Kris) of Peterborough,

Stephen (Marion) of Mississauga and Laura Brown (William)

of Peterborough. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Erika,

Mackenzie, Katelyn, Danielle, Sarah, Ashley, Melissa and Hilary.

Dear brother of Daniel and Janet. Predeceased by his brother

Donald. Survived by his sister-in-law Margie. Friends are invited

to call at the KAYE FUNERAL HOME “Memorial Chapel”, 539

George St. N., on Friday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass

will be held at St. John the Baptist Church, 300 Wilson St., on

Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 10.30am. Interment St. Peter’s

Cemetery. For those that wish to commemorate Alfred through

donations please consider the Diabetes Association. Special

thanks to the Peterborough Regional Health Center Doctors and

3rd Floor Nurses for their care and compassion in Dads last weeks.

Also thanks to Dr. Senior for his care. On behalf of Mike and Steve,

we would like to thank Laura, Bill and family for their devoted

caregiving over the past number of years. (Parish prayers will
