Long-time member of Park Street Baptist Church. Member of the Kawartha Woodturners Guild. Talented artist, avid golfer and fisherman. The most patient man on Earth. - Peacefully with family at his side, on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Peterborough Manor, in his 84th year. Arden was the beloved husband of Margaret (nee Smith) for 61 years. Loving father of Jo-Anne Connell Northey (Richard), Kathy Kroeker (Paul), Cam Clements (Robyn) and Barb Clements-Sornberger (Dave). Dear grandfather of Trevor Connell (Amy), Matthew Connell, Carling Lutecki (Jeff), Danika Smith, Jessica Kroeker, McAlister Smith, Allyson Kroeker, Paige Clements, Scott Clements and Zachary Sornberger. Great grandfather of Brooklyn, Owen, Andrew and Norah. Son of the late Harry and Annie Clements. Brother of George Clements (Edna), Vivian White (Don), Jim Jacobs (Bernice) and the late Raymond Clements (surviving wife Fran), Earl Clements (surviving wife Irene) and Noreen McCracken. Visitation will be held at the Kaye Funeral Home & Memorial Chapel, 539 George Street North, on Thursday April 25, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral service to be held in the chapel, on Friday April 26, 2013 at 1:00 pm. Private family Interment, at Warsaw Cemetery.
