Barbara’s family announces with sadness her passing on Monday, July 20, 2026, at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Richard “Dick” More. Loving mother of Shawn Hopkinson (Diana), Lisa Mills, John More, Fred More, and Don More (Angie). Proud Nana Barb of Joshua (Rikki), Jordan (Nicki), and Jacob Hopkinson; Brent (Katie) and Kirk (Alyssa) Mills; Brianna, and Kaeden Ball. Proud Gramma of Richard and Matthew More; Jesse and Dallas Dinatale; Nathaneal (Emily), Aaron, and Abigail More. Doting great Nana Barb to Emma, and Tucker Mills; Kenzley Ball-Collins; Jasper and Wyatt Mills, and Kooper Ball-Page. Dear sister of Marie Kelly (late Gary), Jack Vinette (Mary), Dale McIlmoyl (Gerry), the late Ray Vinette (Lana), and Stephen Vinette (Leisa). Predeceased by her parents Hazel (née Hickey) and Baptiste Vinette. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 26th, from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday July 27 at 11 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Rosemount Memorial Gardens.
