Betty Evelyn Barrons Toms

TOMS, Betty Evelyn (nee Barrons) – Passed away peacefully at Empress Gardens, in Peterborough, on Saturday, December 3, 2011, in her 84th year. Betty was the beloved wife for 54 years of the late Everett (2001). Dear mother of Sandra (Tom LaBranche), Ross (Donna), Rick (Rene), Carol (John Currie) and Wayne (Liz). Loving grandmother of Katie Kelly (Kevin), Maggie Savage (Pete), Meaghan and Colin Toms, Jason and Courtney Toms (Joel), Tim, Matt, (Megan), and Jess Currie, Jenna Goddard (Noah) and Katelyn Toms. Beloved “G.G.” of Tyler and Emma Kelly, and Callum and Liv Savage. Betty was predeceased by her sister Barb Forsyth and her parents Ross and Evelyn Barrons, but will be remembered by many other relatives and friends. Family and friends are invited to attend visitation at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, on Tuesday, December 6, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral services will be held at MARK STREET UNITED CHURCH, 90 Hunter St. East, on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 11 am. Reverend Dr. Robert J. Root officiating.
