HARRIS, Bruce Robert "The Miracle Man" – Longtime Employee of General Electric Peacefully, at PRHCPalliative Care on Monday, April 16, 2018, at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Anne (nee: Hennessey) for 42 years. Dear brother of Norman (Isabel) of Belmont Lake and Frank (Ruth) of Orillia. Cherished son of the late Arthur and Helenè Harris. Loved son-in-law of Muriel & the late Stafford Hennessey. Brother-in-law of Shirley (Grant) Price. Uncle of David (Lisa) Harris, Sherrie (Darren) Johnston, Michelle (Trevor) Anderson, Debbie Cuffe, Duke Cuffe, and Don (Sherrie) Cuff. Predeceased by his pets Curly, Sassy, Bear, and Quincy Wiggins. Bruce was an avid model railroader, and loved all things cottage: Sailing, power boating, canoeing, and spending many years on Clear Lake. Christmas decorating was an obsession. Bruce had good trips: Best of Europe, cruise to Alaska, a month in Florida, and of course, he lived for sports. A Celebration of Bruce's Life will be held at ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME & RECEPTION CENTRE, 840 Armour Road, on Friday, April 20th at 11 a.m. Visitation 1 hour prior. Reception to follow.
