Peacefully, at PRHC, on Monday, August 5, 2013 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of 65 years to the late Annuziato “Lon” Desira (February 3, 2008). Loving mother of Antonia Nina, Lawrence (wife Kelina), Tarcisio (wife Joan), Maria Stella (husband Charlie Sciberras), Godfrey (wife Deborah), David and the late Agnes. Grandmother of Sam (wife Signey), Michael, Alexander, Ives, Anthony, Bryan (wife Natasha), Adam and Andrew. Great-grandmother of Joshua, Shania, Cheyenne, Sven, Jared, Clarissa, Tristan, Tyson and Tatiana. Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm on Wednesday at COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street. Funeral Mass will take place at 10:30 am on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at ST. JOHN-THE-BAPTIST CATHOLIC CHURCH, 300 Wilson Street. Interment will follow at St. Peter’s Catholic Cemetery. Memorial donations to Cancer Society would be appreciated by Catherine’s family.
