Downey, Clarence James – At the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Tuesday August 6, 2024 at the age of 60. Loving husband of the late Carol Ann Downey (nee Stear). Dear father of Tony J. Downey. Predeceased by his parents Gilbert and Mary (Betty) Downey and his father-in-law William (Bill) Stear. Survived by his mother-in-law Lynn Stear, brother Glen Downey (Sharon) and his sister Debra Stockdale. A memorial service will be held at the COMSTOCK-KAYE Life Celebration Centre on Sunday August 18th at 1:30 pm. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00 pm – 1:15 pm.
