MITCHELL, Clarence "Mitch"
Of Lakefield, at the age of 82. Retired from G.E. Canada after 34 years of service. Passed away peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit, on Thursday November 12, 2009. Beloved husband and best friend of Veronique. Loving father to George, Helen, and Sandra Mitchell. Dear grandfather of Owen. Loving brother of George Edward Mitchell of Flin Flon, Manitoba and predeceased by five siblings all of Manitoba. Brother-in-law to Lina of Peterborough, and the late Ray Kaura. Mitch is also survived by several nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Mitch's life will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, Lakefield, on Monday November 16, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. If desired, directions to the church, condolences to the family, or donations to the P.R.H.C.
