Passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 99 years of age. Devoted wife of the late Arthur Owen Jones (September 15, 1982). Beloved mother of Renee Yule (Cameron Christie) and Meredith Anne Ungara (Joseph). Long-time member of Trinity United Church and Peterborough Women's Art Association, teacher at Queen Mary and King George public schools, Peterborough. Dear grandmother of Laura Yule (Michael Stuart), Cindy Boeve (Edwin), Danielle Taole (Simeon) and Natalie Ungara. Cherished great-grandmother to Ben and Evan Stuart and Jared, Ethan and Lucas Boeve. Predeceased by her parents Dr. Peter James Watson and Irene (nee-Meredith) and siblings Florence Hodgson (Babs) and James Watson. Doris will be sadly missed by many family and friends. Visitation will take place from 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2015, followed by a Funeral service at 3:00 p.m.in the chapel of COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street.
