I know my grandma is in a better place at this time but it still brings sadness to my heart knowing that I'm not going to see her again. I will always remember the last special talk I had with her: "I love you my sweet grandaughter and please don't forget that. I will be watching over you always". I am glad that I will have a lovely person looking out for me. I am grateful for the time spent with my grandma. I have lots of fawn memories and jokes from her. I will always be grateful for the care, love, and support she showed me. I will always remember how excited and proud she was of me and how happy she made me feel. I love her so much and even though I wanted her to stay alive for MY sake I am glad she is out of pain and suffering.

Grandma I love you to the moon and back! ❤

A golden heart stopped beating,
It broke our hearts to see you go.
God only takes the best.

Memories are golden,
Well maybe this is true,
We never want memories,
We only want you.

Your love for our family was true,
We will always love you.

In tears we watched you slowly fade away,
Our hearts were breaking, knowing you could not stay.

Our lips cannot speak how much we love you,
Our hearts cannot tell us what to say,
God only knows how much we miss you,
And wish you were still here today.

Miss you and love you forever.

I cannot express the sorrow that is in my heart right now. I miss her so much but I do know she is watching over me. I will be forever grateful for the close bond that mom and I shared. I know she is smiling from ear to ear to be back with "her" Irvin again. I am thankful to know that I will one day see her again and can give her the biggest hug ever. Love and Miss you Mom.

I am so grateful for the time I had with mom last week. We talked and laughed about old times, and silly things we did. We teased the nurses and they laughed at her and said she was the ringleader. We had so much fun. These are the memories I will always cherish. But mom was missing Dad so much and was always saying she wanted to be back with Dad. So her prayers were answered, and she left us so peacefully. and she's dancing with Dad again. I will miss her so much but it makes me happy to know that Mom and Dad will be together eternally now. LOVE YOU MOM.
