Son of the late Leo Cardinal and Isabel Diorio, brother of Eugene, survived by wife Jeannie, sister-in-law Maria, nephew Vincenso. Born and raised in Montreal QC, recent years resided in Peterborough ON.
Suddenly at Peterborough Regional Hospital, surrounded by God, his angels, wife Jeannie and Maria. Long time friends of Frank are George, Gary and Diane. His nephew Vincenso continued to be a great source of pride.
Frank loved all animals and greeted the dog walkers daily with treats for their pets. Frank will be dearly missed. In memory of Frank please consider donating to an animal shelter of your choice. Love and prayers always.
