Suddenly at PRHC on December 3, 2015 in his 83rd. Beloved husband of Jean Phillis (née King). Loving father of Sharon Raby, Nancy Heffernan (Ed), and Michael Collins (Joanne). Proud grandfather of Ryan, Graham, Andrew, Alexander, Samantha, Michael, Mitchell and Talen. Lovingly remembered by many relatives, friends, and neighbours. In keeping with Fred’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Fred’s Life will be held on Sunday, December 6, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. and from 7-9 p.m. at COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street.
