Gerard Lewis Begley

Peacefully in Peterborough on September 30th 2021 in his 79th year. Loving husband of Berniece (nee Condon) for 60 years. Beloved father of Tanya (Ted) Tsatsos and Gregory. Cherished Papa of Maria and Sophia. Dear brother of Elizabeth Arnold, Theresa (Art) Quartermain. Predeceased by siblings William, Harold and Marie. Proud son of the late William and Gertrude Begley. Dear brother in law to Eleanor. Gerard will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Gerard began his career at DeLaval and with his continued hard work and success he became the CEO of Alfa Laval and Tri-Lad Flange and Fittings. Gerard had a passion for classic cars and loved sports and coached minor hockey for many years. He especially loved to play cards with his grandkids.

Family and Friends will be received at Ashburnham Funeral Home, 840 Armour Road on Sunday October 3, 2021 from 6-6:30 pm, 6:45- 7:15 pm, 7:30- 8 pm and 8:15-8:45pm.
