Gordon William Stewart

Gord was born on September 20th, 1942 in Forfar, Scotland. At age four, Gord emigrated with his parents and brother Ron to East York, Ontario, Canada. This marked the beginning of a life rich in adventure, laughter, beautiful memories and stories that continue to bring joy to those who knew him.

Predeceased by his parents Gordon (Sr.) and Anne Stewart.

Loving brother to two siblings Carol (the late Bob) Dixon and predeceased by Ron (Marie) Stewart.

Devoted Uncle to Debbie (Ken), Jeffrey (Alice), Vicky (Mark), Kelly, Christine and Andrew.

Amazing great Uncle to Keith, Cody, Conor and Charlotte and great great Uncle to Nova.

Proud cousin to Norma (the late Joe) Jackson and family from Ottawa, Marilyn, Tracy McMillan and Graeme McMillan (Vhairi) from Scotland.

A special, long lasting friendship with Barry Papaleo, along with many wonderful friendships in Peterborough.

Gord had a vibrant sense of humour and enthusiasm for life and will be deeply missed and forever in the hearts of his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life for Gord will be held July 19th from 2pm to 5pm at

2202 Cedarwood Lane, Selwyn, Ontario, K0L 2H0.
