After a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s, Greg passed away peacefully at home Saturday October 28, 2023.
Greg is survived by his loving spouse and partner Gisela Cheesebrough, his son John (Sherry), grandchildren Marshall and Sebastian, Gisela’s children Sylvia Ostan (Terry), Monica Greier (predeceased) (Maurice Lobreau), Gary Greier (Annelise), and extended family and friends. Greg is predeceased by his mother Dorthy, beloved wife Marilyn, and brother and sister-in-law Danny and Eveline.
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the staff of Home Instead Peterborough, Community Care and The Victorian Order of Nurses for their love, and compassionate care for Greg.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish to make donations can do so, in Greg’s name, to the Canadian Alzheimer’s Society.
