Howard will be missed by his loving wife Jan Goodall, daughters Jaime (David) and Danielle (Adam), and his canine son, Louie. Howard is survived by his brother Kevin Quibell and predeceased by four siblings; Carol O’Brien (Richard), Sherry Wall (Greg), Roger Quibell and Wendy Belanger (Russ). A graveside service will be held at Rosemount Memorial Gardens, 2551 Whittington Dr, Peterborough on Friday July 25, 2025 at 11:00 am.
