Jaine was predeceased by her parents; Ian and Joan Freeth. She was beloved by her siblings; Jennifer, Scott, and Mark and her children; Emma, Jacob (Kaitlin Appleman) and Hannah (Harrison Clarke), her canine companion Lucy, and her precious grandson, Laurence.
Jaine is greatly missed by her partner, Steve Wilson, who cares deeply for her and was pivotal in her amazing care during her battle with cancer.
She will also be remembered fondly by many wonderful friends, colleagues, and extended family.
A celebration of Jaine’s life will be held on Friday, August 1st, 2025 from 2-6pm at the Belleville Club (210 Pinnacle St, Belleville, ON K8N 3A6). All who knew Jaine are invited to come share in the memories, and the love she will be remembered by!
In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations made to the Hastings and Prince Edward Food for Learning Program in Jaine’s honour.
