AMORINI: John (Giovanni) (Owner and Operator of Tamarac Golf and Country Club, Member of the Bersaglieri Club, Past member of the Falcon Flyers Hockey Club) : Peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, May 7th, 2011 in his 82nd year. John, beloved husband of Winnifred MacDougall-Scott and the late Thelma Sire. Loving father of Jeffery and step-father of Lynn Zeppieri and her husband Ben, Michael Scott, Clare Scott, Cathy Eady and her husband Walker, David Scott and his wife Sara, and Marnie Scott. Beloved Grandpa of Michael and David Amorini, Miranda, Robert, Lisa, Michael, Ryan, Megan, Autumn, and Alana. Dear brother of Dominic and his wife Maria, Romano and his wife Filomena, and Rafaelo and his wife Rita. Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews as well as his extended family and friends. Friends are invited to call at the KAYE FUNERAL HOME ‘MEMORIAL CHAPEL’ 539 George Street N., on Wednesday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass in St. Martin of Tours Church, Ennismore on Thursday, May 12th, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Fr. Damian Smullen officiating. In memory of John donations to St. Martin’s Church, PRHC Palliative Care, or Hospice Peterborough would be appreciated by the family. Immediately following the Funeral Mass a reception for family and friends will take place at the Tamarac Golf and Country Club 155 Ennis Road, Ennismore.
