CAPORUSCIO; Maria Teresa (née Rossi) ~ Peacefully and surrounded by family at Hospice Peterborough on Saturday, November 5, 2022 in her 75th year. Born in Italy to the late Umberto and Vincenza Rossi. Beloved wife of Isidoro Caporuscio for over 55 years. Loving mother of Fabio Caporuscio and Sabrina Caporuscio. Proud Nonna of Amedeo Caporuscio, Veronica Caporuscio, Joseph Vanderkuyp and Sebastian Vanderkuyp. Dear sister of Silvana Violo (Victor), Roberto Rossi, Mauro Rossi (Mary Jane), Lorenzo Rossi (Paola) and the late Antonella Rossi. Predeceased by her parents-in-law Antonio and Anna Caporuscio. Maria will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Maria loved spending time with her grandkids and family, she enjoyed cooking and was an avid Maple Leafs fan. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, November 12th at 2:00 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. Peter-in-Chains, 411 Reid Street, Peterborough. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Hospice Peterborough or a charity of your choice, in Maria’s name, would be appreciated.
