Mary Dixon

With profound love and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Mary Dixon on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Mary shared 61 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Kenneth.

Cherished mother of Kevin (Tammy) and Lisa (Brad). Loving and devoted Nana to Jordyn, Tyler, Mackenzie, Parker, and Quinton.

Daughter of the late Hubert and Irene Panter. Sister of the late Hubert (the late Wilma), the late Shirley (Bill), and the late Marilyn (the late Bill). Sister of Jack Cerveny (the late Marilyn) and the late Jim. Sister-in-law of Margaret (the late Randy).

Mary was the true heart of her family. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren, whom she adored beyond measure. She was her family’s biggest supporter, best friend, and guiding light.

A woman of deep faith, Mary loved her church and the Lord and found great comfort and strength in her beliefs. She loved to travel with her family and cherished the time spent surrounded by those she loved.

She will be forever missed, forever loved, and forever remembered.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Ashburnham Funeral Home, 840 Armour Road, Peterborough. A memorial service will follow at 12:00 PM, followed by a reception. Interment will take place after the reception at Little Lake Cemetery, Peterborough.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
