Muriel Fay McGlennon

Muriel was born September 3rd 1938 to Flora Givens. Muriel married Ronald McGlennon in January 1958 and built a family with their children Lynn, Deborah, Kenny, Randy in Peterborough. Muriel often shared their home with extended family and friends.

Muriel had 4 grandchildren Melissa, Jennifer, Gordie, Ronnie. Muriel also had 5 great grandchildren Chase, Alyssa, Bentley, Ellie, Ethan. Muriel kept in touch with various family members and friends Steve, Shirley, Alan, Kim.

Muriel enjoyed baking and making delicious home made meals for her family and extended family, crocheting, making fabulous dresses and skirts, scotch mints, completing projects around the house, playing bingo, a good laugh, and more.

Muriel's family and friends want to thank Lakefield Extendicare and Comfort Keepers for providing her with considerate care in these last few years of her life.

Visitation will be held at COMSTOCK-KAYE Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough on Monday, September 25 from 11:30 am to 1:15pm followed by a funeral service at 1:30 pm.
