Phyllis Marion Gregory

Peacefully passed away on Friday, May 9, 2025, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Edward James Gregory. Loving mother of Tracy Gregory (Bryan), Scott Gregory (Brenda), Cameron Gregory (Maria), and Melissa Potter. Proud Grandmother of Kristen, Nicholas, Devon, Brandon, Kelli and Luke; and great-grandmother of Scarlett and Graysin. Predeceased by her siblings Theodore Trilsbeck, Lionel Trilsbeck (late Dorthy), Mildred O'Leary (late Theodore) and Doreen Buczynski (late Eddy). Dear foster mom to many. Phyllis was a devoted foster parent, with the majority of her adult life spent as a foster mother. Before her retirement she worked as a secretary with Ontario Hydro. The family is deeply grateful for the kindness and care she received from the Kawartha Heights Retirement Living Staff, the PRHC Staff and the Community Care team.

An intimate gathering of close friends and immediate family will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 from 1-2 pm at the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street. Phyllis will be laid to rest privately at St. Mark’s Cemetery Otonabee. In memory of Phyllis, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
