Robert "Bob" Thomas Valentine Simpson passed away peacefully on March 1, 2026, at the age of 82. Bob worked as a truck driver across Canada for over 45 years. He was known as a tough and old-fashioned man with a caring heart who loved his family deeply. Bob was the beloved husband of the late Colleen Simpson and is lovingly remembered by his common-law partner, Trudy Firth-Marshall. He will be deeply missed by his daughter Heather Lowry (William) and her children: Dorraine, Jess, Melissa (Reyn), Tracey, Alana, and Breann (Axel); and by his son Robert Simpson (Kristy) and grandson Connor. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, family members, and friends. The family kindly asks, that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the family.
