Rob was the loving and cherished partner of Melissa. Dear, loving, and cherished father to Ashlea (Jeremy) & Jesse (Suzanne). Loving step-father to Kendall. Loving grandpa to Jason Welsh. Devoted brother to John (Vicki) Tom (deceased), Jim (Tracy), & Bill (Anita). Loving son of the late Barb and Norm Welsh. Pre-deceased by the mother of his children, Trish Moore. Rob will be missed by his many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Rob was a member of the PTBO Revolver and Pistol Club (PRPC). Rob had a lifelong enthusiasm for hunting and an infectious love for all things sailing. He will be remembered for his enormous heart, jolly laugh, and always having time for the people he knew and loved.
A Celebration of Rob's Life will be held on Saturday September 30th from 1 pm to 4 pm at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 317 Hunter Street West, Peterborough.
