Rose Brumpton

Born in 1934 to Alphonsus Condon and Kathleen (Dwyer) Condon, Rose grew up in a large and loving family of 12, on their farm near Douro, Ontario.

Rose was employed at the General Electric for 42 years. In her personal time, she was a talented gardener and decorator. She loved to laugh and was a loving and loyal mother. Rose leaves behind (daughter) Wiline and Dan Roberts, daughter Cindi Brumpton, (son) Robert and Katrina Brumpton, along with granddaughters Dana Roberts and Sabrina Brumpton and grandson Derek and Allison Brumpton, and six great grandchildren.

Diagnosed with Alzheimers, Rose has spent the last five years living at Belmont Manor in Belleville, where she was lovingly cared for by Wiline and Dan Roberts and the wonderful Belmont staff.

Rose will be greatly mourned. A service will be held for Rose on Thursday July 30, 2026. Visitation will begin at 10am with a service to follow at Ashburnham Funeral Home 840 Armour Road Peterborough. Internment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery. The family invites you back to Ashburnham for a reception from 1pm - 3pm.
