Marg’s family announces with sorrow her passing on October 6th, 2026, at Hospice Peterborough at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Barry Greensides. Loving mother of Tammy Woolsey, and Lori-Ann Greensides. Proud grandmother of Dylan, Katelyn, Leah, Zachery, and Liam. Predeceased by her parents George and Dorothy Gimblett, and her siblings George Gimblett (late Joyce), Dorothy Henry (late Herb) and Marilyn Tedford (late Roger). Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A long-time member of All Saints Anglican Church with Barry, Marg loved knitting, reading, puzzles, and word games. She was an avid card player. The family are grateful for the kindness and comfort she received from Hospice Peterborough and the nurses at PRHC.
The family will receive friends at All Saints Anglican Church, 235 Rubidge St, on Saturday, October 17 for visitation from 10am to 12pm. A Funeral Service will follow at 12. Luncheon to be held afterwards in the parish hall. Private immediate family interment at Little Lake Cemetery.
