Aaron Russell Hines, age 23, of Houston, Texas, passed away on January 6, 2017 in Portsmouth, Virginia. He was born in Houston on August 25, 1993. He attended Houston schools, and in 2012 he graduated from George Washington Carver High School.
After his high school graduation, he immediately entered into service in the United States Navy. His boot camp was in Great Lakes, Illinois and he was stationed in Pensacola, Florida, Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Portsmouth, Virginia. While in the Navy, he worked as an Aviation Technician.
Aaron loved motorcycles, video games and the Navy. He was a very selfless person and was always concerned about the needs of others before his own. He was the best son a parent could have ever asked for and will be remembered as the best big brother ever. Aaron loved spending time with his family.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Alicia; daughter, Leri Chavela Alice; father, Ronald E. Hines; mother, Rebecca Hines; brother, Robert Earle Hines; and many other family members and friends. His passing leaves a void in the lives of all of those who loved him that can never be filled.
