Alfred Garcia Gonzales Sr.

Alfred G. Gonzales was united in marriage to Ana Maria Gonzales on August 16, 1948; she preceded him in death on September 4th, 1990. Alfred was a certified plaster and owned his own construction company with his 4 sons. Alfred attended Catholic services on Sundays and was a member of the YMCA. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. His main joy in life was to make people laugh. Alfred enjoyed family bar-b-ques, camping and hanging out with friends and family.

Alfred will be sadly missed by his sons and daughters Alfred Gonzales Jr, Carmelina Acuna, Orlando Gonzales, Renee Sheikh, Yvonne Castilleja, Renaldo Gonzales and Norman Gonzales. Alfred was blessed with 20 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his daughter Rossett Gonzales.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 18 from 6pm to 8pm at Cook-Walden Capital Parks in Pflugerville. Recitation of the Rosary will begin at 7pm. Graveside services will be at Cook-Walden Memorial Hill Cemetery in Pflugerville at 10am on Wednesday, August 19.
