

Lee was born on March 10, 1931, in Lavaca County, Texas and lived a life filled with love and unwavering strength. She was the daughter of August Charles Baca and Hattie Hulda Helmers, and she grew up in Shiner, Texas, where she developed the values that shaped her into the person she became.
Lee was a devoted wife to Herbert Charles Boehl sharing years of love and hard work, creating memories and a legacy for sons, Charles Boehl and Barry Boehl. Lee is preceded in death by her father, mother, husband, and siblings: Woodrow Allen Baca, Dennis Eugene Baca, and Veronita Bertha Baca. She is survived by her son Charles Boehl and his wife Michel Boehl; her son Barry Boehl and his wife Elizabeth Boehl; her two grandchildren: Miranda Saenz and Evan Boehl; her two great grandchildren: Matthew Saenz and Andrew Saenz; and her dear friend Tish Holden.
A graveside service to celebrate Lee’s life will be held on December 29, 2023, at 2:00pm at Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society: https://donate.cancer.org/ .
