She was a woman who made imprints on many hearts and encouraged changes in lives. She was the one family ran to when they needed advice or just wanted a good laugh. She was very outspoken, honest and lived life by doing good acts and treating others greatly. She was a person who truly believed in the act of kindness and treating others how she wanted to be treated. Beatrice Garcia was an amazing woman in more than one way, as she was our angel and the rock of our family. She made it her priority to make sure everyone was doing good and put others before herself.
A few years ago when she received the news of having cancer, it put her in a sad and confused place, because she was not the type to put her health at risk with certain activities that increased the chances of cancer. The acceptance of her diagnosis made a huge impact on her life and family as well. Bea was never the one to take self-pity. She reminded us daily that she was okay even though we knew she really was not, as we observed her slow physical changes. However, our thoughts never affected her. Bea was very optimistic her whole journey, she always had a positive attitude and was very determined to continue to work even if it caused her some pain. Again, living life to the fullest and doing what she loved meant more to her than anything. As many of you may know, she owned a hair salon and was a dedicated owner/ stylist.
Contributing to the business to make it a success were her son, daughter-in-law, and the employees that were by her side. Bea was someone you considered the jack of all trades. She also had a cleaning service business that she was helped with by her nieces and nephew. Family was a very important factor in her life. She was a grandma, mother, daughter, sister, friend, boss and mentor. All the love she gave to her friends and family is something we will have to cherish for the rest of our lives. Our memories with her are all that we have now. Let us all remember the good things and let us remember her smiling and laughing even during her toughest days. The family is more than positive that if Bea was to give them one more tip, it would be do not take life for granted and be the best you can with anything you wish to succeed in and love your family. We love you Queen Bea.
She is survived by her three sons, Joseph, John and Joshua; mother, Arminda Guerra; sisters, Patricia Gonzales, Veronica Garcia, Clara Garcia; brother, Ruben Garcia; grandchildren, Mercedes, Arie, Eliseo, JoJo, Jaden, Natalie, Ethan and Eli; and the rest of her family.
