Danielle Rose Spry

Danielle was born on October 12, 1995 in Santa Barbara, California to SueAnne Spry Dezso and Gerald Spry. She was a 2014 graduate of Leander High School. She was a member of Cibolo Valley Baptist Church. Danielle loved being with all of her family whenever possible and adored her mother, SueAnne. She was a huge animal lover, especially cats, and she loved her cat, Link. She had many talents and enjoyed writing notes to family to brighten their day. She also loved painting, crocheting, and diamond painting. She liked to spend time outdoors and loved walking in nature, especially the mountains. Dani was also a very loving aunt to her nephews, Liam, Ryder and Carson.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Fred and Patricia King; her father, Gerald Spry; and her sister, Rachel Sue Spry. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her mother, SueAnne Spry Dezso and step-father, Dennis Dezso; her brother Matthew Spry; her sister, Rebecca Spry; her step-sister, Danielle Dezso Jones; her half-sister, Michelle DeForest; her grandmother, Roslie Oden; and her nephews, Liam Gomez, Ryder Spry-Price and Carson Spry.

She had recently dedicated her life to the Lord and was looking forward to so many new and positive things in her life. She had memorized John 1:1-18 and loved reading it. She loved listening to Pastor Ed on YouTube of San Antonio. She had started loving planting plants and flowers and wanted a garden. She also wanted to be a stay at home mom some day and she also wanted to have some chickens. She had recently started a sketchbook for sketching and scrapbooking her feelings. Dani was working on three crochet blankets when she passed away.

Danielle’s legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone who knew and loved her.

A visitation for Danielle will be held Sunday, August 13, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at

Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM.
