

Eloy was born on June 20th,1966 in Robstown, Texas to his parent’s Inocencio Colin Flores Jr. (Father) and to Araceli H. Flores (Mother).
He is preceded in death by his father, Inocencio Colin Flores of Robstown, Texas and his sister, Rosalba F. Lopez of San Antonio, Texas.
Eloy is survived by his children, Eloy Colin Flores of Pflugerville, Texas and Carissa Nicole Flores (Baby Amelia) granddaughter to be, of Pflugerville, Texas who are his pride and joy; along with his siblings and their families as follows: Inocencio Colin Flores III of Austin, Texas and his son Diego Z. Mendoza Flores, Rosalba F. Lopez (deceased) and Samuel R. Lopez Sr. Brother-in-Law of San Antonio, and their children Sadie L. White (Jay White), Sonara Lopez (Carlos Ramirez), Stephanie Lopez, Samuel Lopez Jr. (Bertha), Ricardo Flores and his children Daniel Flores, and Eva Flores, and his brother Eduardo Flores.
Eloy is also survived by his loving life partner, Anna Maria Ramirez, of Jarrell, Texas. He and Anna have spent the last 13 years building a life of love and memories with one another. With their union, came three additional bonus children Rebecca, Victoria, and Scott; and seven bonus grandchildren.
Eloy worked for IBM and FLEX for 30 years. He started on the floor and continuously and positively worked his way up the ranks. He was dedicated to his job, and was thankful for all of the meaningful friendships he built over the years.
When Eloy wasn’t working, he spent his free time Fishing, Barbequing, and doing projects / housework around his home. He was full of life, “Eloyisms”, life lessons and stories for days. He made some of the most delicious barbeque, and enjoyed cooking for his family and for others. He was an Avid fisherman, who enjoyed deep sea fishing, and fishing period with his Son, Eloy. Regardless of how big or small the catch was, being on the water and with the fish was all he longed for! He enjoyed being outside and one with nature.
Eloy was a loving Father, Son, Brother, Uncle, Dedicated Partner, Hardworking Great Man. His laugh, smile, and funny sense of humor will be missed, as well as “Eloy’s Famous BBQ”. His death leaves a void in all of the hearts of those who were fortunate to know him and love him. Dad, you will be missed tremendously and we hope you are at peace.
A visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, August 7, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville. A rosary and prayer service will follow at 7:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 8, 2025 at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, 1520 N Railroad Ave, Pflugerville.
