Floyd was my dad's cousin.  Our dad was W.P. (Boots)Cozart, Jr.  Our family sends condolences as we remember the good times that we shared at the Cisco reunions.  God bless your family and we will remember you in our prayers as we know that you will miss him in your lives.

Floyd was good friend and resoected colleague. Natalie, Cecila, and I thoroughly enjoyed his company, at the dinner table or the poker table. He is still remembered in stories told on the porch of the Cooper Cabin in Port O'Connor. I will drink a toast to him on that porch next week. Rest in Peace friend.

Coach Sampson was the coach and teacher in my four years of high school.  He taught me football among other things, made me tough, and was always a positive influence.  He had the ability to change peoples lives, and did. I was so lucky to have known him.

How special I feel to have been included in your precious life! I have many wonderful memories of times spent with you and your wonderful family!  I remember learning how to play "knock knock", camping at Inks Lake, White Elephant gift exchanges...you were loved and are missed!! No more pain, rest in peace, I love you!!!

Go Bears!  I remember discussing his football career with him, and to this day I'm a Bears Fan!  He was a great teacher with a good sense of humor and will truly be missed!  RIP, Coach Sampson!

Thanks Coach Sampson, you are remembered in my eyes as a great coach and teacher.  I had a lot of fun in your classes especially Summer Driver's Education, we were able to see you laid back and easy going in cut-off and flip-flops, and that great dry humor, it made us think on the fact that our teachers are people too and should be respected as such. Coach Sampson was an icon in our community. I will always remember the motivational speeches he would give towards the end of each semester. Rest in Peace, you will not be forgotten.
