Frances Marie Hunt

Frances was born to Lloyd, Sr. and Eleanor Moore on July 25, 1946 in Austin, Texas. Frances accepted the Lord into her life at an early age. She married Louis Hunt August 26, 1972 and resided in Austin, Texas. After having two children, they moved to Crowley, Texas in 1991.

Frances had a strong commitment to her family and was known for her quiet demeanor, kind heart, caring attitude by all who knew her. Her greatest joy was being with her children and grandchildren, exchanging smiles and hugs with them.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Frances is survived by her husband of 40 years, Louis Hunt; daughter Lindsey Hunt and son Kevin Hunt and wife Marcie; grandchildren, Kylee Alexa and Gavin Tyler Hunt; four sisters, Bernice Black, Ruth Hurd, Thelma Riley, and Sharon Perkins; two brothers, Lloyd Moore Jr. and Michael Moore; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews who all loved her. They will miss her free spirit, kind heart, and sense of humor. Frances M. Hunt was prepared to walk with the Lord when she departed this earth and will be missed by all who knew her.

The Hunt family expresses their thanks to the Community Hospice of Texas staff for all their compassionate care.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Friday, October 26, 2012 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North I.H. 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660, (512) 251-4118. Burial services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a cancer society of choice in Frances M. Hunt’s name.
