

Jean-Francois dedicated his career to international business development, working with 3M for 18 years and later with Corning before retiring in 2019. He was known for his drive, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence in everything he pursued.
Beyond his professional life, Jean-Francois was a man of great curiosity, humor, and warmth. He was stoic yet playful, endlessly positive, and served as a true role model to those around him. He loved learning about people and the world, approaching every conversation with open-mindedness and a deep sense of understanding.
His creativity came to life through his many personal projects. He found joy in gardening, landscaping, and designing rustic ranch-style spaces that reflected his artistic eye and appreciation for nature. He also had a passion for photography, capturing the beauty of the places he traveled and the details that inspired him along the way.
Jean-Francois is survived by his loving wife, Su Klein, of Spicewood, Texas; his son, Jeremy Klein, of Austin, Texas; his daughter, Elisabeth Klein, of Austin, Texas; and his brother, Jean-Michel Klein, of France. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Monday, October 20, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at in the Walden Room at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, located at 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas.
The funeral service will follow at the same location, starting at 11:00 am, with a live stream available at https://client.tribucast.com/tcid/c25102646771406.
Following the funeral service, he will be laid to rest at Cook-Walden/ Capital Parks Cemetery.
