

Dale was born on December 5, 1961 in Houston, Texas. He passed away on November 23, 2013 in Pflugerville, Texas at home with the love and support of his family. He loved the outdoors and working as a registered professional land surveyor. He was licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and the state of Texas. He enjoyed teaching either in the classroom or out in the field. He would work several jobs and projects simultaneously and exhibited a strong work ethic. He loved people and never met a stranger.
He was an active servant in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He was a member of the Regional Building Committee. From a very young age, he loved country music, playing the guitar, and wearing his favorite hat and boots. He loved to hunt in Texas with his life-long friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, John, his brother, Tim, and his aunt, Karen. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Wiley; step-daughters, Veronica and husband Matt Vyvial, Cassandra Kussy, and Mary Elizabeth Kussy; his mother and step-father, Carol Sue and Boots (Odis) Cargile; sister, Pam and husband Mike Voyles; brother, Frank and fiancée Connie, and son Wolfie; aunt, Patty and husband John; niece, Natasha Rose Muchmore and her daughter, Taylor; and niece, Tara Saum. He is also survived by numerous friends all over the country.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 916 Black Locust Drive West, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. Following the memorial service, he will be laid to rest at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville, 78660. Afterwards, family and friends are invited to gather at 20820 Derby Day Avenue, Pflugerville, Texas 78660, for a time of reception and fellowship.
