KrisAnn, I can't believe it's been a year that we have all been without you. Your presence is greatly missed,  your laughs, your talks of wisdom and the best hugs.  Please keep watching over all of us, until I see you again....

Ronnie and I were so saddened by the loss of your precious Kris Ann. May God grant you strength during this time. May Kris be resting in Gods glory and in his loving hands. Our prayers continue for you and your family. We were not fortunate to know Kris but if she was like her Mom , she was a wonderful beautiful person. So sorry for your loss.

There are no words that can capture how truly missed KrisAnn will be. She was an amazing friend but not only that, she was an amazing human being. Her goodness glowed and she spread it wherever she went. She impacted every life she touched and I am honored to have had such a close friendship with her. There will forever be a piece of our friendship puzzle missing but we will keep it filled with all the loving, crazy, awesome memories she has left us. Kris Ann and I like so many others shared some amazing memories.  From listening to the Brew at the Oasis, dollar movies, packing up your apartment, inside jokes, work trips, party and wedding planning and that trip to Brownsville to visit Momo and Mama Tamez (when we stopped at a gas station where the sinks had been stolen from the bathroom-could not stop laughing) we had so much fun.  Your amazing spirit and infectious laugh were one of a kind.  I can still hear you laughing when we both shared a look knowing  what the other was thinking.  

I still find it hard accepting you are not here. I know Heaven gained one of the best people I know.  

My love and prayers go to the Tamez family, Hector, her friends, coworkers and anyone else who loved her.  She will never be forgotten in our hearts.

I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Kris Ann for the last year. She was so good hearted and wanted the best for the people we served. She was interested in challenging us to do better but always acted with such grace and kindness. She was a phenomenal coworker and person.

Krissy...where to even begin??The first time we met it was with the biggest hug! And it just clicked, it's like we pulled back and said..there you are..there you are soulmate I've been looking for you. It's been difficult to wrap my head around the reality we are in, but truly so blessed to have been loved by Krissy because when she loved she truly loved, thats what those hugs were about. Tita and Robert what an amazing person you raised. Momo, Nissa,  Laura....endless stories of you all. Sami and Sophia..oh how much she loved you all. And Hector,  thank you for loving our angel,  she loved love and at the end I'm so glad she found it and was happy.  With almost 30 years of friendship under our belts the girls and I miss you so much, Michelle,  Paula,  Christel,  Rach, Mir and I. We will always be a soulsister group of 7, you will always have a place in our hearts. Thank you for choosing us, for loving us, for showing us how to love, how to make the world a better place, and how to be there for others. When we're at a crossroad we will say..What would Krissy do? My condolences to the Tamez family and all her loving friends because she has sooooo many. Kris Ann was a beautiful soul & one of my best friends.  She was loved by everyone who met her.  She was so courageous, brave, & the best listener.  I miss her dearly.  My deepest sympathies to all of Kris Ann’s family.
My favorite memories are going to Mama Tita’s & meeting  Momo & Kris Anns family.  It also meant the world to me when Kris Ann came to the hospital to meet & hold my baby girl.  We also shared the love of going to see Big Head Tod &The Monsters in concert.  We had the best of times & I can’t wait to see her again in Heaven. 

My deepest condolences to Kris Ann's family. Kris Ann was a fantastic boss and friend. We had a blast working at Bluebonnet together and listening to some of our favorite music: Fleetwood Mac, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, the Dire Straits - we rocked it! Girl, I miss you like crazy. The 'Kris Ann' hug was like no other. No matter what you were going through, that hug made everything better. Remember, "You're my favorite!!!!!" :-D

KrisAnn and I met in 6th grade and remained best friends all our lives. I have so many great memories.. Easter Scavenger Hunts at Momo and Tita’s, our first concert Whitesnake, rides to school all crammed in the front of Robert’s work truck, sleepovers, The Brew, Oasis, Cozumel, Italy, New Orleans, Jamaica, her being in my recovery room after giving birth and attending the same daughter’s college graduation.  Those are a few from the past 30+ years.  My sincerest condolences to the family.  Y’all are in my heart and thoughts, daily.  Much love to you all.

Kris Ann, you will be missed dearly my friend. We worked together many years at BBT and your door was always open to provide a healing hand. You always listened patiently and provided great comfort when I was at my lowest and for that I’m  grateful❤️

Krisann was my first cousin ..  we have known each other our whole lives . We have so many memories together as we were growing up. Here in Brownsville Tx and in Austin Tx.  But the most cherished memories were at Boca Chica beach as children. We went there often with our family and friends . The one memory I will never forget was when I had to carry Krisann on my back across the boiling hot sand from the water to the dunes because she didn't have her sandals on . I was crying and laughing at the same time because my feet were burning . But I never put her down . I'll never forget that and so many more memories we shared that only she and I knew of. I love and miss u so much Krisann.  One day we will be together again 💕

I met Kris Ann in the 7th grade and who knew we would become the best of friends.  She had the kindest soul  and  was such a giving  person. We agreed that when one of us left this life we would live on through each other and I will keep my promise.  My deepest condolences to Tita, Momo, Robert, Nissa, Laura, Hector and the rest of the family.  My dear friend helped me become I am the person today and I am so grateful for her. Thank you for sharing all the photos  and letting everyone see what a beautiful smile she had and that it definitely lit up a room!. Tuesday nights were our night to catch-up, Tuesdays will never be same I will miss hearing her laugh and her great advice.

What an honor it was to have Kris Ann in my life. Her positive attitude, willingness to help anyone and her love of life, truly helped me look at the world differently.  Kris Ann spoke so highly of her family and close friends that it truly makes a person what to meet the people who surrounded themselves around her for they truly knew she was one-of-a-kind.

Kriss Ann, You will be truly missed, Throughout the years of working together, at Bluebonnet, you would always bring a ray of sun shine and love every time I saw you . Whether  passing in the halls at  work or working together on something.  We always made it fun., you  definitely impacted me  by  just being the beautiful person you are ..So sadden and heartbroken to hear of your passing.  Sending my deepest prayers and condolences to your family.  Love Always sweet lady. I remember I would send you pictures of the flowers you would bring us.  

Kris Ann will be deeply missed and left a deep impression on me and her work team. Kris Ann’s smile, her realness, her kindness and generosity, her strength, she seemed to enjoy her work and seemed to feel a deep sense of pride in the work she did. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to know her, she was one of a kind and demonstrated such grace, courage, and strength. My memories of Kris Ann many years together at BBTRAILS. I loved her smile, her soft voice and very humble. I loved telling jokes and her face would just light up when she smiles. Kris Ann a very sweet lovable woman. You will be missed for sure. Heaven has gained a wonderful angel. Love you.

The last thing I remember talking to Kris about was her bravery and courage, it was commendable. 

Kris Ann was such a sweet and shining star! Whenever I needed a break, she would allow me to sit in her office and eat some of her chocolates. She will be missed dearly.

Though I only got to work with Kris Ann briefly, she was absolutely lovely. Smart, funny, thoughtful, and detailed, she brought great talent and energy to the AMH team. Though gone much too soon, her wonderful sweetness will be remembered by many for years to come.

Kris Ann was always the kindest soul when I had the privilege of being around her.  Although I hadn't talked with her in years, I never forgot her brilliant smile.  Knowing that she is at peace now in heaven is comforting, but I know that her family and friends are hurting.  May God's peace be bestowed upon all that love and miss her.

I met Kris Ann 13 years ago when she trained me for my position at Blue Bonnet Trails.      She was so kind always encouraging me thru the years with a smile and I was always happy to see her when she stopped by to visit.        She was always such a ray of sunshine and a good friend.    My heart is broken to lose this beautiful sweet friend.   Fly high my beautiful friend and Rest in Peace.     You will be dearly missed by us all.     Sending prayers of comfort to all her family and friends.    Sending hugs to all for she always hugged me when she came to visit.          

While I only had a short time for knowing KrisAnn, it was always a pleasure to interact with her. She's a sweet soul who was always smiling and willing to help in any way she could. My life is richer for having known her. My prayers are with her family for peace and comfort.
