He is preceded in death by his parents Augustine and Candelaria Perez and his daughter Melissa. Manuel is survived by his wife Sylvia, daughter Sandy (Huy Tran) and his two sons Manuel and Justin (Rosa Perez). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, one brother and three sisters.
Manuel was an amazing brother, husband, father, grandfather and artist. He was such a creative person and was so passionate about his work. He loved his job and worked until his final days. His artwork can be seen throughout Austin and surrounding areas. He will be greatly missed by his entire family and all his friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., with a rosary service at 7:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 10: 00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
