Margaret Gabrielle Wilson

Margaret (Maggie) Gabrielle Wilson, 22 years old of Dallas, Texas, was killed in Dallas on September 2, 2012 in a fatal traffic accident. She was born on June 8, 1990 in Ft. Gordon, Georgia to LTC (retired) Karl and Marisol Wilson. Maggie was loved dearly by her brother, Louis Cruz and her sisters, Anna Cruz and Rachel Wilson-Debeerst. She loved life and lived every moment of it well. She was surrounded by people attracted to the light she brought to the world and she loved them back. You could not say "Maggie" without saying "and Candice." Candice Anderson was her best friend in the world and they were inseperable. Candice, seriously injured in the same accident, was with Maggie to the end. Everyone who loved Maggie prays for Candice to recover from her physical injuries and the loss of her best friend.

Maggie is survived by her parents, LTC (Ret) Karl Wilson of Burke, Virginia and Marisol Wilson of San Antonio, Texas; her grandparents, Ed and Babette Antoniak of Collierville, Tennessee; her brother, Louis Cruz of Austin, Texas and her sisters, Anna Cruz of Austin, Texas and Rachel Wilson-Debeerst of Burke, Virginia. She is also survived by her uncles Thor Wilson of Milington, Tennessee, and Mario B, Ruiz and Marco A. Ruiz, and her aunts, Lillibet Leon, Maria Nino, Anayansi Ramon, Auristela Ruiz Rojas, and Omaira E. Fuente. She is thankfully surived by her best friend, Candice Anderson of Dallas, Texas.

Funeral services honoring Maggie's life were held on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home. She was laid to rest at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
