Mary Ruth Hendrick, the fifth of seven children, was born July 19,1929 in Mckinney, TX to Harry Hendrick and Mary Catherine Day. She married Lester M. Garrett on June 7, 1947 in Collin County, TX and had three children (Scotty Garrett, Jack Garrett and Ruth Ann Garrett-Groce). She is survived by her three children, their spouses, five grandchildren and three great grand children. She is also survived by her brothers Wayne Hendrick, Edgar Hendrick, Doyle Hendrick, Gene Hendrick and her sister Etta Hendrick-Fisher and their families.
Mary loved her family, her extended church family and her friends and enjoyed each and everyone of them. She will be missed by many.
