RC graduated from Villa Park High School in 1967 where he excelled in wrestling. He loved the outdoors, taking his family on camping trips and boating on Lake Travis. Family game night was a favorite of his where he especially loved a good game of Aggravation. He reveled in the company of his friends playing pool and having BBQs. RC was a huge sports fan who loved watching UT football, the Dallas Cowboys, and the San Antonio Spurs.
RC’s love for his family, friends and sports will forever be remembered and cherished. His survivors include his sons David and Bryan Brown, granddaughters Alexas and Kira Brown, and his nephew Eric Schumert.
A visitation for Richard will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 2:00 p.m., at Cook-Walden.Memorial Hill Cemetery, 13700 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas.
