

Rosa Linda "Rosie" Beltran was the youngest of 7 children born to Felix F. Beltran Jr. and Lydia Dominguez Beltran. She was a long-time resident of Round Rock, TX, for over 67 years. Rosie enjoyed being an elementary substitute teacher and helping with local political campaigns. She had a love for traveling, especially to visit family out of town. Rosie will be missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by her.
Rosie is preceded in death by her parents, Felix and Lydia Beltran. Her siblings, Gilbert D. Beltran (wife Helen), Felisa Beltran Zavala, John D. Beltran and Joe D. Beltran.
Rosie is survived by her siblings, Felix D. Beltran III (wife Virginia), Delfino D. Beltran, and David Zavala (Husband to Felisa.) As well as her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and so on.
The Beltran family would like to give thanks and appreciation to Captain Darwin Shell of Community Risk Reduction and to all of the family, friends, and caretakers that helped Rosalinda through her long-standing illness.
A visitation for Rosa Linda will be held Tuesday, July 25, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. A rosary service will occur Tuesday, July 25, 2023 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. William's Catholic Church, 620 Round Rock W Dr., Round Rock, Texas 78681. A committal service will occur Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 11:00 AM, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660.
