She was born to her loving parents Osvaldo Tamez and Zoila Rodriguez de Tamez on November 4 of 1957 in Nueva Ciudad Guerrero, Tamaulipas, Mexico. She was the oldest of her siblings; two brothers, Osvaldo Tamez and Hector R. Tamez and her sister Sonya Cardenas.
Fanny was talented in so many aspects of her life. She was a passionate and fierce woman, holding fast to her beliefs. She defended those she loved, always stood up for the underdog and was always seeking to better herself. She loved to dance, laugh, garden, shop, gossip as well as be a hard worker which never broke her but made her stronger. Fanny was amazing at everything she ever put effort in. She made every home feel warm, peaceful and safe. Her home was always a model home, even though she never pursued that path, she had her style and wasn't afraid to show it. She poured her heart into every activity and duty making it her own. She was a master crafter, resourceful with an amazing eye for detail. She was known by some as “The Mayor” for getting things done. She was a daughter, a wife, a sister, a teacher, a leader but most importantly Fanny was an Amazing mother. Her children were her life. There was never a day that went by where she didn't brag about all three of her beautiful babies.
Fanny is survived and remembered by her three loving children, Angela P. Faulk (42), Sophia Vicharelly (38), and Daniel A. Vicharelly (36); her 4 grandbabies, Ashley N. Faulk (24), Isabella D. Cerda (14), Alessandria G. Gonzalez (12) and Enzo M. Gonzalez (11); her mother Zoila Rodriguez de Tamez; her sister Sonya Cardenas; her brother Ozzy Tamez and younger brother Hector R. Tamez.
