

Native Texan Sherman Eugene Noble Jr., 73 died June 7, 2013, at his home in Sherman, Texas. Sherman was born May 2, 1939, in Austin, Texas to Anita Marie Gruesen and Sherman Eugene Noble. He graduated from Austin High School, 1958 and attended Tarleton State College and The University of Texas. He then served in the Navy on a nuclear submarine, USS Andrew Jackson for 9 years. In 1963, he married Lynne Dallas Sharp with whom he had 3 children. Following his naval service he graduated from UT at Austin with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. In 1993, he started his own company, Noble Engineering in Sherman, Texas. He was a brilliant man who lived life to the fullest. He was respected by all and loved by many. He will be dearly missed.
He is survived by daughter, Holly Lynne Noble Park and spouse, Danny Allen Park; sons, Bryan Eugene Noble, Colin Robert Noble and wife, Connie Marie Gonzales Noble; 4 grandchildren; wife of 20 years, Diane; step sons; Scott Webb, Jason Webb, Steve Webb and spouse, Suzanne Webb and 3 grandchildren; and sister Sharon Gayle Noble Hammer and family.
Services will be held at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2013. Donations may be sent to Wounded Warriors.
