Steven, born in Austin, Texas, was a 1991 graduate of LBJ High School where he was a member of the National Honor Society and loved being a part of the Jaguar football team as a center. After graduation, he moved to Victoria, Texas to attend Victoria Junior College where he resided with his maternal grandmother,¨Granny Mac¨. While there, he started a twenty year career as a Walmart associate.
In 2015, he moved back to Austin to be closer to family. In November 2017, he started a new career working at Randallś on Balcones. In his time there he created many new friendships and memories. Through his love of family and history, he became a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans Major George W Littlefield Camp NO. 59. He was a huge lover of family, Texas history, action and sci-fi movies, and an avid supporter of the Dallas Cowboys and The University of Texas Longhorns.
Steven will be loved and looked after in Heaven by his maternal grandparents Truman and Maxine Breivogel, paternal grandparents Earl Schneider, and William and Catherine Ferguson. Surviving Steven are his parents Jimmie and Carroll Schneider, sister Kim and nieces Lauren and Emma. As well as his uncle Buddy Breivogel and cousins Jacob Breivogel, and Matthew Breivogel and wife Ellie. Other survivors are Great Aunt Nell Williamson of Edna, Texas and Great Aunt Jimmie English of Marble Falls, Texas plus numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation Services will be Friday, January 11 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The memorial service will be Saturday, January 12th at 3:30 p.m. Both services will be at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home and Cemetery in Pflugeville, 14501 North Interstate 35.

Since Steven's love for Texas football was so great we welcome you to wear Texas Longhorn or Dallas Cowboys attire if you would like.
