She was born in San Antonio, TX in 1946 to the late Hilmar and Carmen (Anselmi) Neasloney. Vivian lived in Texas and Japan before settling in Omaha, NE where she successfully pursued careers in banking and real estate.
After relocating to California, Vivian worked as an office manager at a marine services company.
Upon retirement Vivian enjoyed volunteering and fellowship at Celebration Church in Georgetown, in addition to volunteering at the Zach Theatre in Austin.
Vivian loved music, movies, good food, and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her son Adam Balak of Austin, TX, and her siblings Larry (Esther) Neasloney of Cheyenne, WY, Brandy (Marvin) Dinovitz of Oxnard, CA and several nephews.
Cremation is under care of Cook-Walden in Pflugerville.
Memorial service will be held May 26 at Celebration Church in Georgetown, TX.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Forward Campaign at Celebration Church in Georgetown.
