Wendy will truly be missed by her family, friends and her co workers. I only knew her for a short period time. She loved her kids so much and she advocated for all the kids she worked with. I admired her as a mother. She was a great explain how she lived her life. She is greatly missed and was such a wonderful human. She truly touched my life and making others she gave in contact.

I only knew Wendy for a year. During that year I came to find that she is one of the best mothers ive ever met. She constantly talked about her children and lived her life for her kids. She was a very hard worker and truly an inspiration. She is loved by many people and will truly be missed by many. Including her coworkers and the kids thay she worked with reguarly.  Although I only knew her for a year we started to get closer not too long before her passing and it truly does make me sad to hear of her passing. I hope her kids know how loved they are by their mother. I too am a mother of four and Wendy was like super mom compared to myself.

Wendy, you will never be forgotten. You touched lives that you may have not even realized to what extent. You were an inspiration to me and a driving force behind my strength when I first started at Hope House. You encouraged me in the struggles I was facing at the time, you helped me create a budget, and a plan. You told me I could do it, and you know what! You were right! Not that long ago, you stopped by as I was finishing my shift, you encouraged me again, and said “look at you now, two years later.” You were such an outstanding woman, a strong and dedicated mother, and a great friend. I never got to tell you just how beautiful you looked at our last meeting. It’s one of my last memories of you, seeing you there with your daughter. My heart is grieving for your closest of family and for those of us who cared deeply for you. We love you Wendy. <3

Wendy was the caregiver for my mom. She came to the house to provide companionship a couple days a week. She was very good with my family. Even though she wasn’t with us for very long, we will still miss her and her kindness. Our condolences to loved ones, from the Lopez and Visperas families.
