November 25, 1995 – October 17, 2025
With hearts full of love and cherished memories, we celebrate the life of Aaron James Thomas, born on November 25, 1995, in Las Vegas, Nevada, to Richard Wayne Thomas and Cecilia Diane Thomas; one of three sons (Kevin, Aaron & Anthony). Aaron grew up in Pahrump, Nevada, where he attended school and proudly graduated from Pahrump Valley High School.
A free spirit at heart, Aaron loved to travel from town to town, always eager to meet new people and see new places. He often called his mom to share updates about his adventures, the friends he’d made, or the new jobs he was exploring. When he found himself in Cottonwood, he spoke warmly about how welcoming and kind the people were. He enjoyed his work in the warehouse at Amazon and continually sought out new opportunities, always dreaming of what might come next. Aaron always had a deep faith loved to share the Lord with people he met.
Aaron will forever be remembered for his kind heart and gentle soul. He had a natural gift for lifting others up, often putting the needs and feelings of those around him before his own. Even in difficult times, he carried a smile and an encouraging word, believing his purpose was to bring light and laughter wherever he went.
Aaron leaves behind his loving mother, Cecilia, his father, Richard, his brother’s Kevin and Anthony; uncle Stanley; uncle Steve Abell; aunt Cynthia Martin, along with his extended family and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
He was lovingly greeted in Heaven by his grandparents, Nace Abell and Billie Thomas; and aunt Debbie.
At this time, no services have been planned. Arrangements are under the care of Advantage Maryvale Funeral and Cremation, Maryvale Chapel.
Aaron’s spirit will be remembered for his kindness, his laughter, and his unwavering positivity. Though his journey took him many places, he always carried home in his heart — and left pieces of his light wherever he went.
